Drake VS Common....things just got a lil more warmed up!

Its now official that these two guys are beefing. The feud was started by Common's "Sweet", a track off his album "The Dreamer/The Believer", where he dissed Drake. Well, it  was only normal for Drizzy to reply common which he did on "Stay Schemin', a track from Rick Ross' mixtape which was released on the 6th of January (last friday).


Drake used the lyrics,  "Don't be ducking like you never wanted nothin'/It's feeling like rap changed, it was a time it was rugged/Back when if a n---a reached, it was for the weapon/Nowadays n---as reach just to sell their record."


Thats not all............


Common did not waste any anytime! Early on the monday of the following week, 9th, he replied drake with the SAME song drake used to diss him.  He did his very own remix of "Stay Schemin".

Adele's '21' Returns to Top of U.K. Chart

There's a familiar look to the top of the new U.K. album chart, published by the Official Charts Company on Sunday (Jan. 8), on which Adele's "21" (XL Recordings) sold another 38,000 units to move back 6-1 and become the album with the longest span at No. 1 for some 41 years. Flo Rida's "Good Feeling" (Atlantic/Warner Music) climbed from No. 3 to top the singles chart in its eighth week, with 50,000 new sales.

Beyoncé Gives Birth

After series of rumours about Tiana May Carter, Pop megastar Beyoncé Knowles has actually given birth to a baby girl (this time). The baby, who was named  "Blue Ivy Carter", was born on the 7th Of January (Saturday) at a private wing of Lenox Hill Hospital in New York. According to New York Daily News, the couple rented the entire fourth floor of the hospital which cost them $1.3 million. 

The newspaper also said a hospital staff revealed to them that Beyoncé checked in on Friday night with the name "Ingrid Jackson".

Former bandmate Kelly Rowland appeared to let slip the baby's sex in a November interview, saying, "I have no idea what I'm going to buy Beyonce at the baby shower because Jay is going to buy that little girl every single thing possible. She won't be spoiled but she will be very well looked-after."

Blue Ivy is barely a week old but has been trending on twitter.

Nick Cannon Hospitalized for "Mild Kidney Failure"

While vacationing in Aspen, Colo., the America’s Got Talent host was hospitalized and, by the looks of the picture Carey posted on Twitter, the couple may be in store for an extended stay in the mountains.

“Please pray for Nick as he's fighting to recover from a mild kidney failure #mybraveman,” she wrote on Wednesday onTwitter.

Mild kidney failure could be a result of certain illnesses like upper respiratory tract infection, regular prescriptions, or dehydration, according Bryan Becker, M.D., the immediate past president of the National Kidney Foundation, who is not treating Cannon. “It would potentially mean that he is still making urine and doesn’t need other types of treatments such as dialysis, but that the condition needs to be watched so it’s not getting any worse,” Becker notes.

Cannon may have experienced had some muscle achiness or change in sleep, or nothing at all. “In Colorado if people are active, you can have muscle damage where the kidney function might go a little bit awry due to the pigment from the muscle trying to get out of the kidneys,” Becker explains. Dehydration, which is especially common in higher altitudes, could have also played a role.

Until Cannon’s kidney function gets back to normal, he at least has his wife of three years by his side. “The truth is as long as we're together, we're OK,” she wrote on her blog. “I'm not trying to make light out of the situation because it's a serious moment that's very tough on all of us so please keep us and our family in your prayers.”
